We have nothing to hide, which is why we offer our customers direct access to our cameras so you can check in on the progress and activity of your build whenever you wish.
This continuous monitoring not only safeguards our operations but also protects valuable equipment and materials, ensuring a secure worksite even when the site isn't fully secured.
2 YEAR CHECK-IN
Our commitment to our clients doesn’t end once the project is completed. We care about your satisfaction and the longevity of your home, which is why we will continue to check in for two years post project completion.
Keeping the lines of communication open for our clients means we can promptly address any minor issues or concerns, ensuring you can fully enjoy your new space without interruption.
While we take great pride in delivering high quality work, we understand that sometimes things come loose or need attention, so we're here to provide swift repairs on our work to help maintain the integrity of your home for years to come.

OUR PROCESS.
1. Reach Out
Your journey with us begins when you reach out. Whether you have plans drawn up or are still in the early stages, we’re here to help. We’d love to discuss your project and support you as you move forward in the building process with us.
2. Site Meeting
We’ll arrange a site meeting to introduce ourselves and dive deeper into your project. This is where we discuss your goals, vision, and any specific requirements in detail. This stage helps us better understand your vision and sets a clear roadmap for moving forward.
3. Estimate
We understand that clarity and accuracy are crucial when planning your dream project. In this stage, we provide a carefully detailed estimated cost for your build. Once you’re satisfied with the estimate we move forward with a Preliminary Agreement.
4. Formal Quote
With all the details in place, our builder will personally prepare a comprehensive, detailed final quote. This document outlines the full scope of work and timelines, giving you a clear understanding of every aspect of your project. Transparency is key, and this stage ensures there are no surprises down the track.
5. Final Contract
The final step before construction begins is signing the contract. This agreement formalises the full scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and any other necessary details. With everything clearly outlined, you can move forward with confidence, knowing your project is in capable hands.
6. Build
Sit back and enjoy efficient building with clear updates and communication. We understand that this is one of the biggest investments that you will make, and we ensure that we treat the process respectfully, and also make sure you enjoy it along the way.
